# Privacy Notice

This notice explains how [Coastline Tutors](/) handles personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Last updated 2026-10-11. 

## What we collect

From parents: your name, mobile number, email if given, area, your child's level and subjects, and anything you add about your child's needs. We do not ask for your child's name or school records. From tutors: name, contact details, subjects, areas and the qualifications you choose to share. From site visits: anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, country) without cookies that identify you. 

## Why we collect it

To arrange tuition: to contact you, and to match a request with a tutor whose subjects and area fit. We do not sell your details to anyone. 

## Who sees it

Coastline Tutors, the tutor matched to a request, and the service providers that host the site and store requests on our behalf. 

## How long we keep it

Requests and registrations are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. 

## Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, through the contact page with the subject "privacy".
